Granuflex Dressing
• Polyurethane foam sheet bonded with semipermeable polyurethane film to form hydrocolloid dressing
• Adhesive mass on film reacts with the exudate to create a gel which is held in the dressing and promotes exudate reduction
• Suitable for leg ulcers, pressure sores, minor burns and other granulating wounds.
